Spanning over three centuries of musical innovation, each instrument has been recorded in the pristine acoustics of the Hasselburg estate in Northern Germany, capturing their unique tonal qualities with exceptional detail. Instruments Included: • Harpsichords: Austrian, Dutch, English (1766), French, German (1738 & 1741), Italian (I, II, III), and the German Lautenwerck. • Spinets: English Hitchcock and Slade. • Pianofortes: Berndt, Early Pianoforte, Erard Grand Piano (1837), and Orphica Piano. • Celestas: Duclitone Celeste (1910) and German Celeste (1960). • Unique Instruments: German Therabo-Harpsichord and Luthéal Piano.
